ABEER ALZINATY RELEASES
HER HIGHLY-ANTICIPATED DEBUT ALBUM,
A WOMAN UNDER THE INFLUENCE ON WOMEN’S DAY 2010
Baltimore, MD - March 8th 2010.

Palestinian R&B artist Abeer Alzinaty, who is mostly known by her stage name,
Sabreena Da Witch, will be releasing her debut album “A Woman Under the Influence”
March 8th 2010 Celebrating womanhood and music.
Abeer will be performing songs from the album as part of her
performance in Toronto and Montreal during
the Israeli apartheid week events in Canada.
The album was recorded at above ground studios in Baltimore and
produced by Sabreena Now Productions. It will be followed by a series of music
videos from the album, directed by the filmmaker Ben Baker-Lee.
The music includes beats made by known Hip-Hop producers
and pieces produced by Abeer herself.
Abeer describes in this album her experience
as one of the first R&B artists in Palestine
and the struggles surrounding that humble fact.
From criticizing the occupation, sexism and patriarchy,
to celebrating nature, love and freedom.
The album marks the musical rebirth of the artist as it starts a new chapter in her life.
